National Science Centre, New Delhi

The National Science Centre, Delhi is one of the largest science centre in Asia and is popularly known as “A dream castle for one an all.” The commercial exhibition hub is located at Pragati Maidan Complex opposite the Old Bhairon Temple and can be easily reached from India Gate as it is within walking distance. The regular visitors are from various backgrounds such as Noble laureates along with eminent scientists and technocrats along with astronauts with museum professionals and many more educationist from various fields. The primary objective to the centre is to educate and entertain the visitors through the thematic exhibitions.

The National science centre inculcates scientific awareness among the people which evokes the interest in the field of science and the constituent part of the various educational programs are provided to support educational at the school as well as college level. The educational institute in the thoughts inculcates a scientific thought as it explains the scientific expeditions along with the achievement of centre gives the amazing thought of creativeness with breath taking scientific with few ways which makes the understanding of the basic thought about the elixir of life. The Indian and continental food served at a clean and hygiene cafeteria with also great fun and some cool stuff found at souvenir shop.

National Science Centre was established in 1992 by Ministry of Culture Gov. of India. It is closed with Pragati Maidan and Purana Qila (back side). Science Centre has several science related exhibhition. This building has four floors which has many galleries like Technology Heritage gallery, Information Revolution Gallery and Emerging Technologies Gallery.
