India Habitat Centre Tour, New Delhi

India Habitat Centre is a multipurpose building located at New Delhi near CGO Complex. The building is Red in color which resembles any Government office but it is one of the most comprehensive convention centers. The India Habit Centre got started in 1993 and was initiated for HUDCO which was termed as an office building for the workers. The building has multiple courtyard along with common meeting rooms and also a shared parking area with library, restaurants and also the building is made of traditional materials and techniques. The various events held here including the Times LitFest makes it a place for literates and people from other section of life to visit it.

If one has to understand and learn something from the workshop getting conducted here then it is of the various art, dance and film along with photography exhibitions and talk shows. The Film screenings are also conducted here and also a habitat library and resource centre add to the knowledge of the people. The pretty little pond with fish swimming around and lotus present in all hues makes a soothing thought to the eyes and few minutes of happiness spend here add to the score of life.

The India Habitat Centre is located at Lodhi colony area, New Delhi. It is a multipurpose building place which includes social and commercial spaces. Building has Non-profit organizations which shared their related with habitat to share that work space. This building was opened in 1993 and architect by Joseph Allen Stein. It has several auditoriums and conference venues. It also has 58 guest rooms and suites which includes affordable and luxury. Its other facilities are swimming pool, gym centre, Spa and restaurants. It is also based on membership because some restaurants are available only for Members.
